The Diane McIntosh Band delivers a vast mix of Beach, R&B, Funk, Disco, 60’s and 70’s, Country, Rock, Jazz and Motown and Hot Latin. This Detroit native grew up in the heart of the Motown sound. The band’s song list covers every popular style of classic and current dance music available. Diane is backed by a dynamic rhythm section, which features some of Atlanta’s musical elite. The band can deliver light, smooth, selections during the dinner portion of your reception, and transition the mood to the very best in party music. What sets this band apart from many others is Diane’s dynamic vocal prowess and versatility as she moves from Celine to the Supremes, from Mariah to Shania, or from the “Gloved One” to the “Purple One.” Other performances include classics from such artists as The Beatles, Tina Turner, Donna Summer, Mother’s Finest, Patsy Cline, KC and the Sunshine Band, ACDC and a plethora of others. The band can also expand to include a dynamic horn section.
Audiences she has performed for include The Georgia Aquarium, Siemens Corporation, Coca-Cola, Georgia Tech, Wells Fargo and The Atlanta High Museum. Diane has also opened for the 70’s funk group The Bar-Kays and is a Grammy-Nominated songwriter.
