Since their formation in early 2002, GNR
Lies have carved out a reputation as one of the most popular and authentic sounding
tribute bands in the southeast. They have entertained audiences throughout South
Carolina, performing in Charleston, Columbia, and Spartanburg as well as in Georgia,
rocking the house in Atlanta, Athens, and Savannah. Their Halloween show at the
Music Farm in Charleston, SC has become an annual not-to-be-missed event. As Atlanta’s
Creative Loafing put it, “many bands try to ape those hard-rockin’ blue-collar
heroes, but this band is an honest recreation.”
