Li’l D & the Big Fish is a new look for a band that has been around for over a decade. FlashBack was the old name, but several groups have similar names that create confusion among the clients and fans. Dwane Abney, known as Li’l D by the group, has really stepped up the past couple of years to become one of the best entertainers in the Southeast! The audience is drawn to his naturally magnetic personality and his constant effort on stage to entertain and get the crowd “dancing,” fills the floors and creates outstanding reviews and comments time and time again. So, we have decided to put him in the spotlight on paper as well as on stage!
Li’l D is amazing -- But hey -- don’t forget about “The Big Fish!” This is one of the most experienced and talented group of musicians ever put together on stage. These members have reputable pasts that include positions with Natalie Cole, The Elvis Show in Pigeon Forge, The Catalinas and The Swingin Medallions. Several of the members have college degrees in music with one going on to earn his doctorate. As a group, over the past ten years, we have performed for proms, wedding receptions, corporate events, country club parties and outdoor festivals; all events providing great reviews and repeat business.
