Michael Wright & Co.

Michael has been performing as a singer / songwriter / guitarist for ten years. During this period of time, he has played with many different bands but has also gained much experience as a solo performer. He is a founding member of two different acts currently performing under the SoopaGroove Records label: Slow Rollin' Cow and Michael Wright and Co. He is also the owner of SoopaGroove Records. He has written hundreds of songs, some of which are featured on his band's first release: Slow Rollin' Cow - 'Til The Cows Come Home. Michael continues to pursue his solo career as an artist along with his other musical ventures.

For many events, a full band is not practical for one reason or another. Michael's solo act is a perfect solution for these unique occasions. With 10 years of experience, Michael knows what it takes to entertain his audiences and has the skills to do so. He has played thousands of shows across the southern, eastern, and mid-west regions of the United States from Austin, TX to Charleston, SC and Wichata, KS to Panama City, FL. He performs by himself or with additional musicians, depending on the size of the event. Michael also has a 200+ song repertoire of originals and covers. This variety of music gives him total flexibility to provide just the right mix for the needs of a particular event. Whatever the objectives of an event may be, Michael's unique style of vocals, guitar, and harmonica can add a strong component to a program to help achieve it's desired goals.
